Cabinet Refit, Mokotow Flat
Old chipboard cabinets in a 1980s kitchen were replaced with new carcasses and MDF fronts, keeping the existing layout to avoid moving plumbing. Countertop was swapped for laminate with a matte finish. Job took nine working days.
Small Bathroom Overhaul
A 4.5 m² bathroom in a prewar building had its old ceramic tiles removed down to the wall, waterproofing redone, and new porcelain tiles laid. Shower tray replaced a worn-out bathtub to free up floor space.
Living Room Crack Repair
Settling cracks along a load-bearing wall in a block from the 1970s were filled with flexible filler, mesh-reinforced, and skimmed. Room was repainted in a warm off-white after two coats of primer.
Oak Floor Refinish
Original oak parquet from the 1960s, covered in old varnish and scratches, was sanded back in three passes and finished with a matte water-based lacquer. Gaps between boards were filled before the final coat.
Wiring Upgrade, Two-Room Flat
Old aluminium wiring in a 45 m² flat was replaced with copper cable throughout, and the fuse box was swapped for a modern panel with residual current protection. Work required temporary power shutdown over two days.
Balcony Door Seal Fix
A sliding balcony door letting in drafts had its worn rubber seals replaced and the frame realigned. Hinges were adjusted so the door closes flush again. The fix took one afternoon and stopped the whistling noise in windy weather.
Built-In Wardrobe, Hallway
A narrow hallway with an awkward niche got a made-to-measure wardrobe with sliding doors, built from melamine-faced boards. Internal shelves and a hanging rail were fitted to match the client's storage needs.
