These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Ranabu and the advice, content and services made available through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the website.
The website is operated by:
Ranabu operates as a platform providing home improvement and repair advice to visitors and registered users. Ranabu is subject to the laws of the Republic of Poland, including the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną), and the Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), where applicable.
Where the website allows users to place an order for a paid service, consultation, guide or advisory package, the following process applies:
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise. The scope of each service — including what advice, documentation or support is provided — is described on the relevant service page prior to purchase.
Payment is due at the time of ordering, using the payment methods indicated on the website. Ranabu does not store full payment card details; payments are processed through the payment method selected at checkout. Access to purchased advisory content or services is granted upon confirmation of successful payment.
Ranabu reserves the right to change prices for future orders. Prices already confirmed at the time of an order remain unaffected by later changes.
Consumers within the meaning of Polish law have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights. To exercise this right, the consumer should notify Ranabu in writing at [email protected] before the deadline expires.
Where the service has already been fully performed with the consumer's explicit prior consent before the withdrawal period ends, and the consumer acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, the right to withdraw does not apply.
Any complaint regarding the quality, delivery or content of a service should be submitted to Ranabu by email at [email protected], including a description of the issue and, where relevant, order details. Complaints will be reviewed and answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint is justified, Ranabu will offer a correction, replacement service, or reimbursement, as appropriate.
Consumers dissatisfied with the outcome of a complaint may also seek out-of-court dispute resolution, including through the competent consumer ombudsman (powiatowy/miejski rzecznik konsumentów) or the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów), or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
The content, guides and recommendations published on this website are provided for general informational purposes relating to home improvement and repair. They do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or safety certification and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed professional for structural, electrical, gas or safety-critical work.
To the fullest extent permitted by Polish law, Ranabu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from reliance on the general advice provided through the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Polish consumer protection law, including liability for damage caused intentionally.

Personal data submitted through the website is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Poland's Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych). Visitors may exercise their data protection rights, including access, rectification, deletion or objection, by contacting Ranabu at [email protected]. Visitors also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), the supervisory authority for data protection in Poland.
Ranabu may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in the services offered. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules granting jurisdiction elsewhere.
